Welcome to BlessingFans.org (the “Site,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a PG-rated online community built exclusively for Christians to connect, encourage, and bless one another through content that is wholesome, edifying, and aligned with biblical values. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Description of the Service

BlessingFans.org is a subscription-based platform where Christian creators (“Creators”) share edifying content with fans (“Fans”) through monthly subscriptions, tips, and optional paid live streams (PPV). All content must remain PG-rated, moral, and Christ-centered. No nudity, explicit material, profanity, hate speech, threats, or unedifying content is permitted.

2. Eligibility and Account Approval

You must be at least 18 years old and a follower of Jesus Christ who agrees to uphold Christian moral standards.
All accounts require approval. You must submit valid government-issued photo ID and complete tax information in your account Settings before you can receive payments or access certain features.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any account at our sole discretion.

3. User Conduct and Content Rules

All users must treat one another with love, respect, and Christian grace (see Ephesians 4:29–32). Content and behavior must:

Be PG-rated and family-friendly (no nudity, sexually suggestive material, profanity, violence, or explicit themes).
Be edifying and uplifting — designed to build up the Body of Christ rather than tear it down.
Contain no threats, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech.
Comply with all applicable laws.

We hold the right to remove any post, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these rules.
Reporting Process: Any user may report a post. Five (5) reports on a single post will trigger an account review. You will receive a message notifying you of the report. Three (3) account reviews that result in confirmed violations will lead to account suspension. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You may not upload content that infringes on anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Platform Features

Monthly Subscriptions: Creators set their own monthly subscription price between $1.99 and $1,000.00.
Blessing Tips: Fans may send tips between $1.00 and $1,000.00 per tip.
Paid Live Streams (PPV): Creators may offer paid live streams priced between $1.00 and $1,000.00.
Wallet Deposits (Fans): Fans may deposit funds to their wallet in amounts from $10.00 minimum to $1,000.00 maximum per deposit.

All transactions are processed through our secure payment system. We charge a flat 12% platform fee on all earnings (subscriptions, tips, and PPV). This fee covers transaction processing and platform operations.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts (Creators)

Minimum withdrawal: $50.00
Maximum withdrawal: $100,000.00
Withdrawals are processed within up to 5 business days.
Upon request, payouts are issued by check and mailed on the 1st Friday and 3rd Friday of each month.
We reserve the right to refuse or delay any payment if the account is under review, violates these Terms, or if required by law.

7. Affiliate Program

Users may participate in our Affiliate Program. Referrers earn 1% of all profits generated by their referred users for a period of one (1) full year from the date of the referral. Commission is paid only on net earnings after the 12% platform fee.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. We only share data when required by law or to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors). All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked at the bottom of the Site).

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We do not pay taxes on your behalf. As required by U.S. law, we will issue a Form 1099 to qualifying users for earnings that meet IRS reporting thresholds. All tax information must be completed in your account Settings before payouts can be issued.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, repeated reports, or any conduct that is inconsistent with Christian values or PG standards. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any unused wallet funds may be forfeited if they result from violations.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous access, error-free operation, or specific earnings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
