At AP Ministry Inc., the nonprofit organization behind BlessingFans.org, we are deeply committed to honesty, accountability, and faithful stewardship of every resource God entrusts to us. Our goal is not to profit from Creators, but to provide a Christ-honoring platform where your good works and faithful content can bless churches and advance the Kingdom of God.

How Funds Are Used

We operate with an internal wallet system that allows most transactions to happen within the platform. This approach helps reduce repeated processing fees and keeps more resources directed toward ministry rather than external costs.

Platform Fee (12%): This covers transaction processing (including Stripe fees of approximately 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card transaction), server expenses, API connections (X and YouTube), development, support staff, and daily operations.
Church Giving (3–8%): A portion of net earnings is automatically donated to the church you link to your account. This percentage may increase over time as the platform grows, based on feedback from Creators and Board Members (with a vision toward 10% in the coming years).
Advertising, Featured Placements, and Shop Revenue: These are our primary sources of operational income. Because no church profit share is taken from shop sales at this time, these funds help sustain the platform, pay for technical infrastructure, and support modest salaries.

Responsible Stewardship

To ensure maximum resources go toward Kingdom work, we maintain strict salary caps:

Administrator: capped at $50,000 per year
Operator Manager: capped at $48,000 per year
All other positions: capped at $45,000 per year

No one on the team receives excessive compensation. Every effort is made to keep overhead low so more blessings can flow to churches, missions, families in need, and gospel outreach.

Board Oversight and Annual Reporting

Our Board Members receive and review detailed financial reports each January. These reports provide full transparency on how funds are received and distributed — including support for local churches, Bible distribution, building repairs, humanitarian aid, and platform maintenance.

We believe in open hands and humble hearts. As a nonprofit, we will continue to listen to Creators and Board Members and prayerfully consider increasing the percentage given to churches as the platform grows and becomes more sustainable.
