At BlessingFans.org, operated by AP Ministry Inc., we believe in transparency, accountability, and shared stewardship as we work together to advance God’s Kingdom. Our Board Members play a vital role in guiding the platform’s future through prayerful discernment and wise decision-making.

Our Governance Model

As a nonprofit ministry, we are committed to keeping costs low so that more resources can flow toward churches, missions, and Kingdom work. We generate income primarily through advertising, featured placements, and shop purchases (where no church profit share applies). These funds support platform operations, including developers, employees, server costs, API connections (such as X and YouTube), and essential services.

We maintain strict salary caps to ensure maximum resources go to ministry:

Administrator: capped at $50,000 per year
Operator Manager: capped at $48,000 per year
All other positions: capped at $45,000 per year

Financial reports are published annually in January and made available to all Board Members for full transparency.

How Board Members Participate

Our Board Members review plans of action presented by the team and vote on major system changes and updates. This collaborative approach ensures the platform remains faithful to our Christian mission while meeting the needs of Creators, Churches, and users.

Board Leaders (who carry 25% of the total vote) consist of:

President – Administrator
Vice President – Operator Manager
Secretary – Support Manager (oversees vote counts and bookkeeping)
Sergeant at Arms – Network Manager (oversees users and profiles)
Financial Officer – Budget & Finance Manager (oversees wallets, refunds, and financials)

How to Become a Board Member

To qualify as a Board Member, you must:

Be a verified user on BlessingFans.org
Have an active account for at least 1 year
Maintain a paid Creator, Church, or Shop account
Have at least 1,000 followers or 50 subscribers
Be over the age of 21
Have no account violations in the past 90 days

Board Leaders are elected by the Board Members themselves.

Our Commitment to You

We are not here to profit from Creators. Our mission is to provide a trustworthy platform where your good works and faithful content can bless churches and advance the Gospel. As the platform grows, we will periodically poll Creators and Board Members about increasing the church donation percentage (currently 3-8%, with a vision toward 10% in the coming years).

We operate with open hands and humble hearts, seeking to reflect the Kingdom of God in every decision.
