This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BlessingFans.org (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”), the individual or entity providing content on the Platform. By creating a Creator account, submitting identification for verification, and uploading any content, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You must be a follower of Jesus Christ who is committed to creating content that is wholesome, edifying, and consistent with Christian moral values.
You must provide accurate government-issued photo identification and complete all required tax information in your account Settings for account approval and payout eligibility.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any Creator application at our sole discretion.

2. Content Standards and Pre-Screening

BlessingFans.org is a PG-rated Christian platform. All content you upload must be:

Family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
Edifying, uplifting, and Christ-honoring (encouraging faith, love, hope, and biblical truth).
Free from nudity, sexual content, profanity, violence, hate speech, threats, harassment, or any unwholesome material (Ephesians 4:29).

All content is subject to pre-screening and review by the Platform before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that violates our standards, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws. Five (5) reports on a post will trigger a review, and repeated violations may lead to content removal and account suspension.

3. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload.
By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, promote, distribute, and make your content available to users on the Platform.
You may remove your content at any time, except for content that users have already purchased or downloaded — those users retain continued access as permitted at the time of purchase.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to upload or promote any content that:

Violates biblical principles or Christian moral standards.
Contains explicit, suggestive, or adult material of any kind.
Depicts or involves minors in any way.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Includes threats, bullying, discrimination, or unedifying speech.

We hold the right to refuse payment and/or suspend/terminate your account if these rules are violated.

5. Consent and Documentation

If your content includes any other individuals:

You must obtain and retain written consent from every person depicted.
You must verify and document that every person depicted is at least 18 years old.
You agree to provide these consent forms and identification documents to the Platform or legal authorities promptly upon request.

6. Image and Likeness

By creating a Creator account and checking the consent box during signup, you grant the Platform permission to use your name, image, likeness, and profile for promoting the Platform and your content in a manner consistent with our Christian mission.

7. Revenue, Fees, and Payments

Creators set their own monthly subscription prices between $1.99 and $1,000.00.
Fans may send Blessing Tips ($1.00 – $1,000.00) and purchase Paid Live Streams (PPV) ($1.00 – $1,000.00).
A 12% platform fee applies to all earnings (this covers transaction fees and platform costs).
Minimum withdrawal: $50.00 | Maximum withdrawal: $100,000.00
Withdrawals are processed within up to 5 business days. Checks are mailed on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month upon request.
You are solely responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We do not withhold or pay taxes on your behalf. We will issue a Form 1099 as required by U.S. law when your earnings meet IRS thresholds.
We reserve the right to withhold or refuse payment if your account is under review or in violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.

8. Creator Responsibilities

You agree to regularly monitor your content and respond promptly to user interactions in a Christ-like manner.
You must promptly report any unauthorized use of your content.
You agree to comply with all Platform rules, including the reporting system (5 reports → review; 3 reviews with violations → possible suspension).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing the account or providing written notice.
Upon termination, the license granted to us continues only for content that users have already purchased or downloaded.
Any funds earned but not yet withdrawn may be subject to review before release. Violating accounts may forfeit unpaid earnings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlessingFans.org, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Your content
Your violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service
Any breach of your representations or warranties

11. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Agreement on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

By clicking “I Agree” or by continuing to use your Creator account on BlessingFans.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Agreement in its entirety.
