BlessingFans.org Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BlessingFans.org (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”), the individual or entity providing content on the Platform.

By creating a Creator account, submitting verification documents, upgrading to a paid Creator membership, or uploading content, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be a follower of Jesus Christ committed to producing content that is wholesome, edifying, and consistent with biblical Christian values.
You must provide accurate government-issued photo identification and complete all required tax information for account approval and payout eligibility.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any Creator application at our sole discretion.

2. Creator Membership

To unlock monetization features, you must upgrade to a paid Creator membership ($5.00+ per month or paid in advance via wallet balance).

Once verified and upgraded, you gain access to:

Create Shorts
Monthly Subscriptions and Blessing Tips
Live Streaming & Paid Live Streams
Analytics Dashboard
Priority Visibility & Featured/Promoted options
X (Twitter) and YouTube Feed Integration
Wallet & Withdrawal Dashboard
Developer API access (where available)

3. Content Standards

BlessingFans.org is a PG-rated, Christ-centered platform. All content must be:

Family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
Edifying, uplifting, and honoring to Jesus Christ.
Free from nudity, sexual content, profanity, violence, hate speech, harassment, or any unwholesome material.

All content is subject to pre-screening before publication. We may reject, edit, or remove any content that does not meet our standards. Repeated violations or excessive reports may result in content removal and account suspension.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to upload, promote, or engage in content that:

Violates biblical principles or historic Christian moral standards.
Contains explicit, suggestive, or adult material of any kind.
Depicts or involves minors in any inappropriate way.
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
Promotes false teaching, occult practices, substance abuse, or illegal activities.
Involves threats, bullying, discrimination, or manipulative financial appeals.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant BlessingFans.org a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, promote, and distribute your content on the Platform.
You may remove your content at any time, except for content that users have already purchased — those users retain access as permitted at the time of purchase.

6. Consent and Documentation

If your content includes other individuals, you must:

Obtain and retain written consent from every person appearing in your content.
Verify and document that every person is at least 18 years old.
Provide these records to the Platform or legal authorities upon request.

7. Image and Likeness

You grant BlessingFans.org permission to use your name, image, likeness, and profile to promote the Platform and your content in alignment with our Christian mission.

8. Revenue, Fees, and Payments

You set your own subscription prices ($1.99 – $1,000.00).
Fans may send Blessing Tips and purchase Paid Live Streams / PPV ($1.00 – $1,000.00).
Platform Fee: 12% on all earnings.
Church Giving Feature: 3–8% of your net earnings (after platform fee) will be automatically donated to the church you link to your account. This percentage may increase over time.
Minimum withdrawal: $50.00 | Maximum withdrawal: $100,000.00
Withdrawals are processed within up to 5 business days.
You are solely responsible for all taxes. We will issue Form 1099 as required by U.S. law.
We may withhold payments if your account is under review or in violation of this Agreement.

9. Creator Responsibilities

Monitor and manage your content and community interactions in a Christ-like manner.
Respond to supporters with grace and integrity.
Promptly report any unauthorized use of your content.
Comply with all Platform rules and the reporting system.

10. Verification Process

To receive the Verified Badge and enable payouts:

Confirm your email.
Add your birthdate.
Upload government-issued photo ID.
Complete tax information.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, Terms of Service, or Rules of Decorum.
Upon termination, the license for previously purchased content continues. Violating accounts may forfeit unpaid earnings. No refunds on membership fees.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlessingFans.org, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or breach of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Amendments

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

By using BlessingFans.org as a Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Agreement.
